1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using any of the free website templates ("the Templates") provided on newfunnels.systeme.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the Templates.

2. License Grant

newfunnels.systeme.io grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual license to use the Templates for your own personal projects.

3. Permitted Uses

You are free to:

• Use the Templates on websites that you own or manage.

• Modify the Templates to suit your needs (change colors, fonts, structure, etc.).

• Create an unlimited number of projects or websites using the Templates.

4. Strictly Prohibited Uses (Non-Resale Clause)

The resale, redistribution, or sublicense of the Templates is strictly prohibited.

You DO NOT have the right to:

• Resell the Templates, whether in their original or modified format, to third parties.

⚠️ Important Note: The Templates must be used by the user who downloaded them to build their own website. They must not be offered as a final product to other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The Templates are the intellectual property of newfunnels.systeme.io and are protected by copyright laws. Downloading the Templates grants you a usage license, not a transfer of ownership. newfunnels.systeme.io retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Templates, except for the limited license granted above.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. newfunnels.systeme.io will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Templates.

7. Termination

Failure to comply with any of the points stipulated in Section 4 (Strictly Prohibited Uses) will constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the automatic termination of your usage license. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Templates and delete all copies.

8. Changes to the Terms

newfunnels.systeme.io reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version of the Terms shall apply.
